Macomb Co. Man Drugs, Rapes Woman He Met On Dating App: Sheriff
Officials believe there are more victims.

FORT GRATIOT TOWNSHIP, MI — A Macomb County man was arrested last Saturday after he drugged and raped a woman he met on a dating app, according to the sheriff's office.
Charles Fouts Jr., 67, of Lenox Township, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and using a computer to commit a crime.
He was placed in jail and denied bond, according to the sheriff's office.

The incident happened last Saturday night at a Fort Gratiot Township apartment in St. Clair County, according to the sheriff's office.
Officials said a disoriented woman went to a neighbor's apartment and said she had been drugged and sexually assaulted. She was transported to McLaren Port Huron for treatment, officials said.

While investigating, officials learned that photos were also taken of the woman without her consent.
Officials said Fouts was still at the location where the incident happened. He was arrested there in connection with the incident.
