Mark Hackel shows off in a recently posted video that he can lead Macomb County government, and a flash mob at the Eastpointe Art and Ice Festival in the Harlem Shake.
The flash mob took place during an interview segment with WJBK-TV promoting the festival which runs through Sunday at 9 Mile and Gratiot and ffeatures ice carvings on display, entertainment, food, balloon twisting and a hockey shoot contest.
