Find Unique Home Trends at Northville's Haven

in downtown Northville, is regularly adding new products to its displays.

"We try to make it a shopping experience. We try to go above and beyond for the customer," said owner Martha MckMeekin as she arranged items from the latest shipment.

Some of the newest items in the store, at 111 North Center Street, are reclaimed wood and metal furniture pieces like tables, bar stools, swivel stools and shelves. It's a trend that has been attracting a lot of attention, McMeekin said.

She said a customer who recently visited the store described the pieces as "modern rustic."

Haven opened its newest location Feb 21 in downtown Northville. The original store has been in Plymouth for 11 years and sells gifts and home accessories, while the Northville location offers interior design services and more furniture, lighting and upholstered pieces.
