Man Charged with Stealing Razors, Doughnuts, Neosporin from Northville Meijer

Northville Township police provided this information.

Northville Township police arrested a 32-year-old Detroit man Dec. 8 on charges of stealing from Meijer, according to a police report.

Police were told that the man was leaving Meijer, 20401 Haggerty Road, in a dark gray Ford Taurus, the report said. The officer found the man, who had left the merchandise behind, according to the report. 

The man attempted to take merchandise valued at a total of $29.95: Gillette razors for $21.99, Meijer doughnuts for $2.89 and Neosporin for $4.17, the report said.

The officer arrested him on charges of retail fraud. He has a hearing Dec. 18 at 35th District Court, according to the report.
