In Brief: Housing Development, Construction Projects Approved
Here's a roundup of items that were passed by the Novi City Council Monday night.

The Novi City Council gave its final approval of a housing development on the corner of Beck and 10 Mile Roads at its meeting Monday night.
After spending a couple of of the area, the council approved the development of 38 houses on 24 acres of land. The council approved the rezoning to allow the development to have smaller and narrower lots, and slightly higher density, than was permitted in its previous zoning.
The development must begin within two years or the rezoning becomes void.
