Novi Chamber Honors Top Businesses at Toast of the Town Gala

Awards for best place to work, community builder, customer service excellence, and more were awarded at the event.

From the City of Novi: There’s no denying the momentum of the business climate here in Novi. New businesses are opening on a regular basis, and those who already call the City home are enjoying robust times.

A catalyst to that success is the Novi Chamber of Commerce, which honored some of Novi’s top businesses at its annual Toast of the Town Gala on March 24. Awards were given out to small and large businesses in Novi for “Best Place to Work,” “Community Builder” and “Customer Service Excellence.”

“We are extremely fortunate here in Novi to have so many dynamic businesses that set a high standard and are invested in the success of the community as a whole,” said Chamber Board Chairman Dr. Robert Burns."

The 2017 Business Recognition Award winners were:

  • Red Level Networks, Best Place to Work, small business
  • Fox Run, Best Place to Work, large business
  • Miller Vein, Community Builder, small business
  • Sam’s Club, Community Builder, large business
  • Diversified Members Credit Union, Customer Service Excellence, small business
  • LaFontaine Automotive Group, Customer Service Excellence, large business
Novi Mayor Bob Gatt served as the emcee for the gala, and will honor the winners at the Novi City Council meeting on Monday, May 8, with a reception at 6:30 p.m.

“Our business partners truly do their best every day to not only provide quality services, but to partner with other organizations like the City, Chamber, our schools and each other to make Novi the truly incredible City we all know and love,” Gatt said.
