Novi Enhances Website to Improve Accessibility, User Experience
Cityofnovi.org is now easier to navigate on a variety of platforms. The new site offers improved navigation, functional design, and more.

From the City of Novi: It’s now even easier to explore Novi with the City’s recent launch of an upgraded website. The new cityofnovi.org boasts a streamlined look that offers improved navigation, a functional mobile design and easy access to the resources online users want most.
The City website serves as the central communication hub for the community with 500,000 visits and 1.1 million page views annually. It’s a place where users can go to report a pothole, register for a program, pay a bill, look up an ordinance, watch a board or commission meeting, find a number or e-mail address for a specific department and so much more.

“In our technology-driven society, it is important to have a website that is not only reflective of the community but also provides streamlined access to vital information,” said Novi Mayor Bob Gatt. “The cleaner, more modern design certainly catches your eye and provides a great user experience across a wide variety of devices.”
