Novi Girls Bowling Has 'Best Match of the Year'

Novi High School's girls bowling team beat Wayne Memorial Tuesday 27-3. The Novi girls (3-3,1-2) had their best match of the year winning all 10 baker points  and both regular games with scores of 771-679 and 703-693. Abby O'Leary (174-129) and Sara Schulz (166-212) each scored two points. Rebecca Rush (154-140) and Callie Wright (156-166) and Megan Engels (121) each scored one point.

The boys team lost to Wayne Tuesday 22-8. Novi (2-4, 1-2) had clutch 9th and 10th frame strikes by Charlie Woods and Andrew Thorwall to win a close baker game 198-193. Cory Brown scored two points for Novi with games of 156 and 179.
