Novi High School celebrated its team and school at the traditional homecoming parade Friday night.
The theme for homecoming and the 2013-14 school year is "Superheroes." Real-life heroes — veterans, armed service members, Red Cross workers, etc. — walked in the parade.
The message Novi High School wants to send is: "You don't have to wear a cape to be a hero!
