Senior Stock Dance Party To Feature Music Of 1960-70s
The dance, for ages 50 and older, will be held on April 27 from 6-10 p.m. at the Northville Community Center.
NOVI, MI — The Beatles. Aretha Franklin. Elton John. The Rolling Stones. Linda Ronstadt. The list of great musical performers from the 1960s and 70s goes on and on. Next month, the Senior Stock Dance Party will celebrate many of the best tunes of the era.
The dance, for ages 50 and older, will be held on April 27 from 6-10 p.m. at the Northville Community Center, 303 West Main Street. Enjoy an evening of fabulous food, boogying down to the beat of Motor City Syndicate, cool contests and fun prizes for Best Gal’s n’ Guy’s 60’s or 70’s Outfits, Best Guy’s n’ Gal’s Dance Contest and winners of the Trivia Contest.
Pre-registration is required and Tickets are $8 per person.

“Senior Stock” is coordinated by Senior Socialites, a collaboration of the Livonia, Northville, Novi, South Lyon, and Wixom senior centers. The group is dedicated to sharing ideas, projects, activities and facilities to benefit the older adult population in the area. All proceeds benefit future group activities; watch for details regarding upcoming events.
