Fireworks!: 'Tis the season for fantastic aerial pyrotechnic displays, and we have a few great shows in the area this week. The fireworks display is Wednesday at Borden Park at 10:06 p.m.; the is Saturday at 9:30 p.m. at Addison Oaks park in Leonard; the Lake Orion 4th of July Fireworks are also Saturday at Green's Park at dusk.

Free concert in the Park: Hop on the and make your way down to this Thursday for a free concert by singer-songwriter Gia Warner. The performance is part of the , which is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Rochester.
