Man's Identity Stolen, Used to Rack Up $2,549.33 AT&T Bill

Man receives fraudulent $2,549.33 AT&T bill
Oakland Township resident recently discovered that an unknown individual in Florida had opened up an AT&T account in his name in November 2008; that account is now overdue and has a balance of more than $2,500, according to an report filed on Tuesday.
Vehicle vandalized in driveway
A resident on Murfield Drive reported that someone had broken the rear window of her 2010 Chevy Equinox while the vehicle was parked in her driveway Saturday evening or Sunday morning, according to a Sheriff's Office report. There were no items missing from the vehicle, and there are no suspects or witnesses.
Open patio door trips house alarm
Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to an alarm call Wednesday afternoon on Dequindre Road. The rear patio door of the home was found to be open, though there were no signs of forced entry, and the door appeared to have been unlocked, according to the report.
