Moms Talk: How Do You Balance Work and Parenting?

Many of us do this every day – balance a demanding job with the demands of our family. We don't need to tell you that it isn't always easy.

Some parents rely on other family members for child care; others take their children to daycare. Some utilize neighbors, after-school programs; others have nannies.

And after work, the day isn't over yet. How do you balance work with sports, extracurricular activities, homework and everything else that comes along with parenting?
