Prosecutors are not expected to make a decision on charges Thursday.

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI — Prosecutors are not expected to decide Thursday whether to charge former Michigan Wolverines head football coach Sherrone Moore in connection with an assault.
Moore, 39, was arrested after officers responded to a home in the 3000 block of Ann Arbor Saline Road in Pittsfield Township shortly after 4:10 p.m. Wednesday for an assault. Police did not include any names in its news release but did cite "multiple media requests for information."
"As this remains an active investigation, we are unable to comment further at this time, but our office will provide an update once a decision on charges is made," the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday.
