Metro Detroit Weather Forecast Looks Wet
There will be a chance of rain every day this week until Friday.
METRO DETROIT, MI — Monday’s gray skies and early morning showers could be the theme for the entire workweek, according to the National Weather Service. A 30-60 percent chance of rain is in the forecast for everyday this week until Friday.
It will be pleasantly warm, however. Daytime highs are expected to be in the low to mid 80s all week, including 82 for Friday, the predicted sunniest day of the week. Here’s a closer look at the complete metropolitan Detroit weather forecast:
Monday Night: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70. South southeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Wednesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 9am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 84. Southeast wind 3 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Wednesday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly between 9pm and 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Thursday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 84. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 64.
