88.1 The Park WSDP celebrated its 50th anniversary this past February. The student-operated radio station has benefited students for decades by teaching them confidence, communication, leadership and teamwork skills that they can carry into their future endeavors. Bill Keith, Station Manager for 88.1, recently sat down with Sam Klemet, President and CEO of Michigan Association of Broadcasters, to discuss the station's success throughout the years, how it has benefited students and the community, and the Plymouth Historical Museum's new special exhibit, "Connecting at the Speed of Life", which honors the 50th anniversary of 88.1 The Park WSDP.
