PCCS : Next Pickup Date For COVID Home Test Program Is Wednesday, February 2 At Discovery MS

P-CCS Students, Staff, and Families: We would like to remind you that the MI Backpack Home Test program provides one COVID-19 test kit (2 tests) free of charge to every staff member and student within the district.

If you would like to pick up a test kit(s) during a scheduled pickup time, please complete this Google Form to register. Families with multiple students may pick up one kit per student; please make sure to complete the form for each student.
The next scheduled pickup will be Wednesday, February 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Discovery Middle School (45083 Hanford Rd, Canton). Please park in the visitors lot and come to door 29 (by the cafeteria) to the right of the flagpole. Staff will meet you at the door. You must fill out the Google Form linked above before you can receive a test kit.

An additional pickup will be held in the evening on Wednesday, February 9. Details will be shared next week via the official district website, our social media outlets, and the ’LPT in 3’ Podcast.
