Tires Stolen Off Cars in Plymouth Township Neighborhoods

Two cars were victims of theft when unknown persons stole multiple tires sometime during the night between Oct. 2 and Oct. 3, according to police reports. 

One of the thefts happened on Beechwood Court. A Plymouth Township man reported the two passenger side tires and rims from his 2012 Ford Explorer were missing, the report said.

The man told police that he had parked his car on westbound Beechwood Court, across from his home. 

The second incident happened on Plymouth Lake Circle, when a Plymouth Township woman reported that all four tires and rims were stolen from her 2014 Ford Taurus SHO, the report said.

The woman told police that the car was parked outside, in her circle driveway. 

The area was illuminated with landscaping lights, however, two of the lights near the car were removed from the ground and damaged, according to the report.
