3 New Restaurants Coming To Village of Rochester Hills: What To Know

Three new restaurants are coming to the Village of Rochester Hills this spring/summer. Here's what to know about each one.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Three new restaurants are coming to the Village of Rochester Hills in this spring/summer, according to officials.

The Jackson, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs and Pokeworks will join numerous other restaurants at The Village of Rochester Hills, located at 104 N. Adams Road at the corner of Walton and Adams roads, according to officials.

Other restaurants at the Village of Rochester Hills, include Bravo Italian Kitchen, Kruse and Muer, Mitchell’s Fish Market, P.F. Chang’s, Shake Shack, Chipotle and The Jagged Fork.

The Jackson

Founded by Rochester Hills native Chef Justin Vaiciunas and East Lansing Michael Mauro, the Jackson will offer a modern restaurant with an artistic take on food and drinks, including a curated selection of new and old-world wines and elevated cocktails.

With its innovative approach and attention to detail, The Jackson aims to become a culinary destination that reflects a commitment to culinary and artistic excellence.

Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs

The fast-casual restaurant blends authentic Korean and American flavors to create a fresh and fun, made-to-order Korean Corn Dog. The menu features a diverse and customizable menu by integrating Eastern and Western culinary traditions.

Customers will have the option to curate their own corn dog by choosing from seven different corndog options, including vegetarian and plant-based options, as well as a variety of toppings, sauces and flavors. Since its opening in 2019, the restaurant has grown to more than 73 stores in 14 states.

Pokeworks

The fast-causal Hawaiian cuisine allows customers to "poke" their orders to match their specific dietary preferences, such as vegan, gluten-free and other mindful diets. The menu offers a number of poke bowl and burrito entree options, including fresh sashimi grade Ahi Tuna, hand-cut Salmon, all-natural Chicken and organic Tofu.

The restaurant has more than 70 locations across the world and was named the "Top Poke Franchise" by Startups Magazine in 2022. It also earned consecutive spots on Fast Casual's "Top 100 Movers and Shakers" list and accolades such as Entrepreneur's 2023 "Best of the Best Franchises" and Franchise 500 Ranking.
