Downtown Rochester Trick-Or-Treating Saturday
A costume parade and a showing of "The Lego Batman Movie" are other highlights of the event.

ROCHESTER, MI — With a predicted high in the mid 70s under partly sunny skies, Saturday will be a great day for kids to enjoy an early slice of Halloween with Rochester’s Downtown Trick-or-Treat. It’s the start of an entire evening of fun planned for Rochester families.
Trick-or-Treating runs from 3:30 - 5 p.m. in downtown Rochester. Parents and children can then meet at the corner of Water Street and University for a costume parade at 5:15 p.m. All of the ghosts, ghouls and superheroes will march all the way to the firehouse at the corner of Third and Water streets.

Movies in the Moonlight will then hold a special Halloween showing of, “The Lego Batman Movie.” The movie will begin at dusk — approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Farmers Market lot, corner of E. Third and Water streets.
Popcorn, food and snacks will be available for purchase. Moviegoers can also bring their own goodies, too, but no alcohol or glass containers will be allowed. For more information, visit Downtown Rochester’s website.
