The Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition will be held this weekend at Oakland University; competition tents are located at the corner of Adams and Walton.
The goal is to introduce students interested in science, technology and math to areas of robotics, defense and the automotive industries. Middle school and high school teams from across the country will be on site with displays and information; one-hour interval tours will be held at noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Admission is free!
