A special ceremony, highlighted by a 1:40 p.m. performance from the American House South Oakland County Choir, will honor Flag Day in Rochester Hills.
The ceremony begins with lunch at 12:30 a.m. and features a special address by Rob Rich, whose brother, Michael Robert Rich, died in Vietnam.
