Mark your calendar to attend live concerts this summer at Stony Creek Metropark near Rochester/Washington Township this summer. Treat your ears and eyes to music surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of Stony Creek Lake. All concerts take place at Eastwood Beach at 7:30 pm.
- Intrigue plays top 40 and a variety of music on Friday, June 22.
- 80’s Inc, a retro rock tribute band, performs Friday, July 6.
- Air Margaritaville performs Jimmy Buffet tunes on Friday, July 20.
- Justine Blazer plays country music on Friday, August 3.
- Dr. Pocket plays a variety of blues, jazz, rhythm and fun rock on Friday, August 31.
Concertgoers should arrive early for the best seating and bring a chair or blanket. Picnic baskets are allowed, but no glass containers. Food will also be available at the park’s concession area. The concerts are “free,” except for the required vehicle entry permit: Annual - $25 regular/$15 senior citizens (62 or older), or Daily - $5.
