ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — It's already a very happy New Year for Zuo Quo and his wife, Wen Wang. The couple are the proud parents of the first baby born in Rochester in 2017.

The happy parents welcomed their daughter on New Year's Day at Crittenton Hospital. They're still deciding on a name for their New Year's bundle of joy.
