Man Exposes Himself To 3 Women At Rochester Hills Meijer: Police

One of the female victims also had her 3-year-old daughter with her at the time of the incident, deputies said.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A Pontiac man has been accused of exposing himself to women inside the Rochester Hills Meijer, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

David Dexter Watkins, 30, was arraigned Tuesday before 52-3 District Court Magistrate Marie Soma on three counts of indecent exposure, a charge punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine, officials said.

Watkins was given a $15,000 cash bail with provisions of no contact with the victims, officials said. Watkins' next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 3.

According to Oakland County Sheriff's deputies, law enforcement was first contacted around 10:45 a.m. Saturday after three women said they saw a man exposing himself to them inside the Meijer located at 3610 Marketplace Circle. One of the victims also said the man, who police say was Watkins, asked her to look at him while he exposed himself, authorities said.

Deputies looked at store video surveillance, which they said showed Watkins exposing himself in various parts of the store to women.

Police said Watkins also had warrants for two instances of resisting and obstructing police, driving with a license suspended and other traffic offenses.

Anyone who believes they may have been a victim of Watkins is asked to contact the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
