Multiple Thefts, Mostly From Locked Cars, Reported in Rochester Hills

Five of the instances were in North Fairview Farms last week.

Four rose bushes, multiple GPS units and a six-burner grill were among items reported stolen from across Rochester Hills this past week. 

Here is a roundup of reports:

May 22

  • A GPS unit was reported stolen from inside a locked vehicle parked in the 2100 block of North Fairview Lane. A window from the vehicle was broken.
  • An iPod Touch and a laptop computer were reported stolen from inside a locked vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Apple Ridge Court. A window from the vehicle was broken.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen from inside a locked vehicle in the 1600 block of Grandview.  A window from the vehicle was broken.
  • A GPS unit and a purse were reported stolen from inside a locked vehicle in the 2000 block of Cedaredge. A window from the vehicle was broken.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen from inside a locked vehicle in the 2200 block of Stonington. A window from the vehicle was broken.
  • Four rose bushes with a value of about $180 were reported stolen from a subdivision entrance at the corner of Enchantment Drive and John R Road.

May 23

  • A wallet was reported stolen from inside an unlocked vehicle in the 3200 block of Charlwood. 

May 25

  • A laptop was reported stolen from inside an unlocked vehicle in the 3700 block of Donaldson. 

May 28

  • A Weber six-burner grill was reported missing from the patio of a home in the 3400 block of Talbert Circle. 

May 29

  • A window was reported shattered in a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Bembridge. Nothing was reported stolen.
  • A box that was delivered by the United Parcel Service was reported stolen from a home in the 1400 block of Oakridge. The package contained a pair of shoes.
