New Restaurant Opening Thursday In Rochester Hills

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A new restaurant is opening Thursday at the Village of Rochester Hills.

The Jackson Restaurant, founded by Rochester Hills native Chef Justin Vaiciunas and East Lansing Michael Mauro, will officially open their doors Thursday at 5 p.m. at 184 N. Adams Road.

The restaurant promises to offer a modern setting with an artistic take on food and drinks, including a curated selection of new and old-world wines and elevated cocktails.

The restaurant will also pay homage to the renowned American Abstract Expressionist artist Jackson Pollock, offering a culinary experience that will push the boundaries of creative expression, leaving guests feeling as if they are eating in an inviting and chic modern art gallery.

With its innovative approach and attention to detail, The Jackson aims to become a culinary destination that reflects a commitment to culinary and artistic excellence.

After Thursday's opening, the restaurant will be open Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11.m. t0 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
