Open Seat on Rochester's Zoning Board of Appeals
Applications for the three-year term are due Feb. 5.
The City of Rochester has one open seat available on the Zoning Board of Appeals and is accepting applications now through Feb. 5. The position is for a three-year term.
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of seven members, each appointed by the City Council for a term of three years.
The Council also appoints two alternate members to serve in the absence of a regular member. An alternate member may be called to serve in the place of a regular member for the purpose of attaining a quorum, or when the ZBA is considering a case in which a regular member has abstained for reasons of conflict of interest.
