Photo of the Day: Spray-Painting Artist Busy Creating Underwater Scene
Have you seen this mural in an alley downtown?
We came across a work-of-art-in-progress this weekend in downtown Rochester. Behind Main Street, along Second Street, graffiti artist "Chase" was busy with cans of spray paint, bringing to life the blank building wall behind and , where he works.Â
The finished project, we are told, is an underwater scene worthy of a photo backdrop. Have you seen it?
