ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Pokeworks, a fast-casual Hawaiian cuisine, is opening a new restaurant Saturday at the Village of Rochester Hills.

Pokeworks is best-known for their modern Hawaiian dish that is primarily made from freshly diced seafood marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil, and other sauces.

The concept of the restaurant allows customers to "poke" their orders to match their specific dietary preferences, such as vegan, gluten-free and other mindful diets.
