Tonight's Rochester Hills Fireworks: 2018 Guide

Here's your quick guide to Rochester Festival of Hills Wednesday night.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Are you looking to catch the July 4th fireworks show in Rochester Hills this year? The annual Rochester Festival of Hills is held rain or shine Wednesday night and includes a concert and fireworks.

According to city officials, the fireworks show is still on, despite a drizzly afternoon around metro Detroit. This show is one of the region's free fireworks celebrations.

The event takes place at Earl E. Borden Park on the southeast corner of Hamlin and John R. Road. Families will be able to enjoy activities such as the petting zoo, nerf blast battles, games hosted by the Rochester Area Recreation Authority, as well as a variety of delicious food options.

Live music performed by the Rhodes Band will start at 8:30 p.m., followed by the fireworks show starting at 10:55 p.m.

The forecast calls for the rain to end well in time for the community to enjoy one of the largest fireworks shows in Michigan, the forecast shows.
