Rochester Hills Teenage Teen Accused of Shoplifting $637.50 Of Merchandise
The 17-year-old Rochester Hills girl was stopped by Loss Prevention before making it out of the store.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A Rochester Hills girl was arrested for trying to swipe $637.50 of merchandise from Macy's, according to a press release.
The incident happened on Jan. 4 at 9:39 p.m. Troy police report that a 17-year-old Rochester Hills girl and a 15-year-old Auburn Hills boy attempted stealing $637.50 and $103 worth of merchandise at Macy's before being stopped by Loss Prevention.
Troy police responded to the scene at 2750 W. Big Beaver Rd. and issued the Rochester Hills teen a misdemeanor citation for Retail Fraud – 2nd Degree before releasing her from the scene. The Auburn Hills teen was charged with Retail Fraud – 3rd Degree and released into the custody of his mother, who signed the Oakland County Juvenile Petition Form agreeing to bring him to juvenile court upon notice.
