Shortly after paying for his food, the man passed out in the driver's seat while the car was still running. Employees called sheriff's deputies; the man and his car were blocking traffic in the drive-thru, according to the report.

When deputies arrived, they found an empty half-pint bottle of Jack Daniels in the passenger seat and a 24-ounce can of Labatt Ice beer open and half-full in the cup holder next to him, the report stated.

Deputies woke the man and performed a preliminary breath test on him. According to the report, he registered a .347, which is more than four times the legal limit to operate a vehicle and twice the limit to be considered "super drunk" under Michigan law. When asked to say the alphabet, he was able to get only to the letter G.

The man was taken to McLaren Hospital in Pontiac and later released to the Oakland County Jail. He was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated with a high blood alcohol level.
