Bisbikis and Larry were placed in the Oakland County Jail until their sentencing, which is scheduled for 11 a.m. on June 12. Both men face a mandatory sentence of life in prison.

The trial lasted eight days, and prosecutors called 21 witnesses and admitted over 200 pieces of evidence.

"The evidence revealed an elaborate and shocking sequence of events that ultimately led to the murder of Dan Hutchison and the attempted murder of Marisa Hutchinson," Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald said. "I am proud of the diligent work from the trial team and the law enforcement professionals who investigated this case, which allowed us to present the jury with overwhelming evidence. I commend them for their unwavering commitment to justice for the victims and the community. This was a horrible and tragic crime and I hope that today’s verdict brings some peace to the family and loved ones of Dan Hutchinson."

Two other people, Darnell Larry and Angelo Raptoplous, had already pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit murder and received deals to testify against Bisbikis and Roy Larry. Neither has been sentenced yet.
