Tuesday: Technically, it's not even summer yet but we already have our first . Temperatures are expected to climb into the 90s this afternoon, so get your outdoor activities in this morning and try to stay cool this afternoon.
Wednesday: is hosting a blood drive put on by the American Red Cross from 1-7 p.m. Note: This year 16-year-olds are allowed to donate if they meet the health and weight requirements, plus have a Red Cross consent form completed by a legal guardian.

Thursday: Get ready world, here they come! seniors graduate at Ultimate Soccer in Pontiac, a new venue for the school this year.
Saturday: The takes place in downtown Royal Oak to benefit the . There will be a 1/4 mile kids fun run, 2 mile fun run/walk and a 10K run for the more ambitious. The 2 mile and 10K race walk categories are new this year. The races begin with staggered starts starting at 7:30 a.m. at Fourth and Main streets, so prepare for some city street closures through 11 a.m. For more information, go to www.oakapplerun.org.
