BIRMINGHAM, MI — As classic car lovers flock to Royal Oak next week for the Woodward Dream Cruise, the Birmingham Shopping District will add their own cruise event to the festivities.
The Birmingham Cruise event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on Saturday, Aug. 20, the same day as the Woodward Dream Cruise, which typically draws over a million people and thousands of classic cars.
Due to construction work along South Old Woodward Avenue in downtown Birmingham, the Birmingham Cruise will take place on the east side of Woodward Avenue along the streets and lot adjacent to the Walgreens at 34300 Woodward Avenue.
