ROYAL OAK, MI — A Grinch is on the loose in Royal Oak! A woman reported that someone cut and damaged her outdoor string of Christmas lights in the 100 block of Longfellow Ave. sometime between Dec. 10 to Dec. 11, according to a press release.

400 block of W. Thirteen Mile Rd. 12-15-16, 4:07 p.m. – 8:34 p.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect(s) stole several UPS packages from her front porch.

500 block of S. Laurel St. 12-18-16, 9:07 a.m. – 7:18 p.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect(s) stole a FedEx package from her front porch.

409 of S. Center St. (Aveda Salon), 12-21-16, 4:20 p.m. – 4:35 p.m.: Complainant reported setting her purse down inside the business and when she returned, she discovered an unknown suspect(s) had stolen it.

25352 Woodward (LA Fitness), 12-21-16, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect(s) stole his jacket containing his car keys from an unsecured area of the locker room.

Malicious Destruction of Property

500 block of W. Farnum Ave. 12-18-16 – 12-19-16, 8:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect(s) damaged the mirrors of his parked 2009 Audi.

400 block of S. Main St. 12-19-16 – 12-20-16, 8:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.: Complainant reported that an unknown suspect(s) slashed the tires of her parked and locked bicycle.
