Royal Oak Employment Firm Hires Accounting Recruiter

ROYAL OAK, MI — Royal Oak Express Employment Professionals recently hired Jim Nelson as its Accounting and Finance Search/Contract Specialist. In this position, Nelson will be recruiting and placing accounting and finance candidates with companies throughout Metro Detroit.

“Jim is a very dedicated individual and will be a great addition to the company,” said franchisee J. Jacob Krause. “We are excited to have him as part of the Express team.”

Before joining Express, Nelson worked as Team Leader for Training and Coaching at Quicken Loans for four years. He was responsible for employee retention and management coaching to energize the productivity and client experience of the Quicken Loans staff.

Leading the team that assured quality as well as compliance for the recruiting, servicing, and Spanish speaking clients. He has also coached the Center Line High School basketball team for a 15 years.
