ROYAL OAK, MI — The Royal Oak Police Department released its weekly update, detailing crimes they've investigated in the area. For the week of Feb. 15 to Feb 22, there were 35 arrests total, and police received calls for breaking and entering, larceny, assault and malicious destruction of property.

800 block of Maxwell Ave. Sometime between 11:15 p.m. on Feb. 14 and 5:45 a.m. and Feb. 15, an unknown suspect entered a residence through an unlocked door and stole several bags containing a laptop, jewelry, and cash.
Larceny from Motor Vehicle

1000 block of Maple Ave. Sometime between 5 p.m. on Feb. 17 and 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, an unknown suspect opened the door of an unlocked 2017 Jaguar and stole cash from the center console.
Malicious Destruction of Property
1000 block of McLean Ave. On Feb. 14 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., an
unknown suspect(s) slashed the tires on the victim’s two 2003 Ford work vehicles.
1000 block of W. Twelve Mile Rd. Between 10 p.m. on Feb. 19 and 5 a.m. on Feb. 20, someone damaged a garage door with a prying bar taken from a
work trailer at the residence.

- One (1) Operating While Intoxicated and Resisting Officer
- One (1) Operating While Intoxicated, Drove While License Suspended, and Misdemeanor
- Warrant
- One (1) Theft of Services
- One (1) Possession of Dangerous Drugs
- One (1) Possession of Synthetic Narcotics, Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor Warrant, and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia
