A teen was arrested last weekend after he stole a car and crashed it in Oakland County, according to multiple reports.
ROYAL OAK, MI — A teen was arrested last weekend after he stole a car and crashed it in Oakland County, according to multiple reports.
Police said the 16-year-old suspected thief stole the car from a 7-Eleven on Campbell Road near 13 Mile Road in Royal Oak at 9:55 a.m. Sunday morning, according to reports.
Officers spotted the stolen car moving west on 13 Mile near Crooks and continued following it to the Coolidge Highway, according to reports.

The car then turned onto Woodward Avenue and headed south before eventually smashing into the back of two other cars near 12 Mile Road, according to reports.
Officers then arrested the 16-year-old boy and placed him at the Oakland County Children’s Village detention center, according to reports.
