Congressman Walberg Visits Saline Monday

U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Tipton, will be in Saline Monday for a "coffee hour" with constituents.

Walberg has reserved the lower level of Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack, 104 E. Michigan Ave., in downtown Saline. for the event.The coffee hour is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

To date, no Democratic Party challengers have announced candidacy in Michigan's 7th District, which was redrawn to make it a much stronger Republican foothold. Potterville resident Mike Stahly has announced his intention to challenge Walberg from the right in the Republican primary.
