• Saline Council Approves Rec Center Task Force Recommendations (thesuntimesnews.com) — Saline City Council has approved a task force plan to stabilize and potentially re-fund the Saline Recreation Center, including exploring a regional millage with Saline Area Schools and neighboring communities. City staff will now seek funding partners and develop a long-term financial strategy, with a hard deadline of June 1, 2026 for a detailed plan.

• Best guards in Michigan high school Division 1 boys basketball (coach survey results) (mlive.com) — Saline hoops fans will want to watch sophomore guard Noah Kronberg, who earned all-league honors as a freshman and is highlighted among Michigan’s top Division 1 guards. Coaches say he’s stronger, dangerous from three, and now attacking the basket more, putting Saline firmly on the statewide basketball map this season.
