Family Camp Out, Plus More Tips for the Week Ahead

The Farmers Market will be open on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. The market is located in the parking lot of the Saline District Library, 555 N. Maple Rd., ½ mile north of Michigan Ave.  For additional information visit www.cityofsaline.org/farmersmarket

4. Save the date

Bring your blankets, family and friends and enjoy this great evening under the stars! The movie will be shown at Mill Pond Park on a giant inflatable screen. Come as early as 6:30 pm. We’ll have an inflatable obstacle course and bouncer, pre-show music, concessions, sponsor activity area and more! The movies begin at dusk. This event is FREE thanks to support from our sponsor, Fellowship Baptist Church. Not only are we showing Wreck It Ralph, this is also the Family Campout night at Mill Pond Park. There will be lots of family fun activities!

5. Last Chance

Don’t forget your sleeping bags and tent when you come to the July 26 Movie in the Park! Bring your family and take advantage of the opportunity to camp out in Mill Pond Park. Tents can be set up starting at 5 pm and must be taken down by 10 am the next morning. $10 fee includes a continental breakfast (served from 6:30-9 am) and tent permit.
