Job description includes: 

• Full-time position under the general direction of the City Manager that plans, directs and oversees all administrative activities of the City Clerk’s Office in accordance with the City Charter, City Codes, and applicable state and federal laws. Plans, assigns, and supervises staff involved in elections, records and documents management, permit and license issuance, sale of cemetery lots, and the maintenance of City files and public records. Serves as the Clerk to the Saline City Council and various commissions.
