6 New Businesses in Utica Recognized for Commitment to City
It was a good year for new businesses in downtown Utica, and now Mayor Noonan has acknowledged the businesses owners for the commitment to the city.

During the Heritage Luncheon last week at Dave and Buster's, Utica Mayor Jacqueline Noonan honored six new businesses in Utica.
"Each business is being recognized for their commitment to Utica and coming in as a new business in such a difficult economic environment," she said.Â
All five businesses have opened in the past year in downtown Utica.

“By the way my pin is from it’s so me. I am a walking advertisement," said Noonan.Â
