This week we decided why not take a class on Feb. 17 at 6:30 p.m. on how to make divine and quick bars, squares and brownies at KJ’s Confections in Shelby Township.
The class will provide a hands-on opportunity for students to make triple chocolate brownies with chocolate ganache, Polish mazurkas, pecan bars and an amazing cheesecake bar.

Pastry Chef Pam Gustairs will lead the class. Gustairs is a graduate of Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Program.
