 7 p.m.

Meeting begins with prayer of peace and Pledge of Allegiance.

7:05 p.m.

Township’s meeting room policy was unanimously approved.  The boardroom can be used for free by township-sponsored groups, such as a Homeowners Association.

Larger groups -- which are not sponsored by the township -- can use the community center cafeteria.

7:15 p.m.

Connie Kent, Melanie Roelandt and Duane Stafford were re-appointed to three-year posiions on the Beautification Committee.

 Their three-year terms will expire on April 1, 2014.

All agenda items have been discussed. Trustees begin public announcements.
