Olympic-Bound Track Star Inspires UCS Students How to Dream Big

Desire Davila, an American-born long distance running track star stops by Roberts Elementary School to teach students a thing or two about setting big goals and jumping right over them.

Desire Davila gave students an earful Thursday about how to dream big and work hard to acheive what you want. 

Davila will be representing the USA Women's Marathon Olympic team in London this summer after she earned 2nd at the Olympic Timetrials in Houston.

Davila, along with Kevin Hanson of , answered kids' questions during a Q and A session. Davila also took time after the presentation to visit Roberts' Life Skills class and insire children to participate in the Special Olympics.
