Shelby Twp Man, Brother Held In Same Jail For Separate Murders
Two brothers facing murder charges in significant others' deaths are being held in the same jail.

Joshua Boshell, who was charged with murder Tuesday, is in the same jail holding his brother on a separate murder charge, according to the Detroit Free Press. Jeremiah Boshell, 38, faces a charge of premeditated first-degree murder and assault with intent to murder in the 2016 killing of his pregnant girlfriend in Lenox Township.
In 2016, Lisa Ann Fabbri, 38, was found with a gunshot wound to the back of her head. Jeremiah Boshell was arrested Aug. 16, 2016 for her murder after a police chase during which officers say Boshell fired shots at them. After Fabbri's body was discovered, the younger Boshell took an AR-15 rifle to a transmission shop in Lapeer, leaving when he found out two intended victims weren’t there. He then engaged in a car chase and shootout, according to police.
Joshua Boshell, 40, initially reported his wife’s death as a suicide. Shelby Township police ruled the death suspicious, and Tuesday, the Shelby Township resident was charged with premeditated first-degree murder in the 41A-2 District Court. Both brothers are being held in the Macomb County Jail, according to the Macomb County Jail Inmate Locator.
