$3,500 In Cigarettes Stolen From St. Clair Shores Gas Station
The incident happened at a Speedway gas station at 11 Mile Road and Little Mack Avenue.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — Police are looking for a man who stole approximately $3,500 worth of cigarettes from a St. Clair Shores gas station Monday. The incident happened at about 1:20 a.m. when an unidentified black man went around the counter of a Speedway gas station at 11 Mile Road and Little Mack Avenue, allegedly pushing a clerk and ordering her to give him the cigarettes.
“He then went behind the counter, he started to yell (for the clerk to) give him everything she had. ... (He) pushed her with the elbow,” Carrier said. “He said he wanted all the Newports and kept telling her to hurry up.”
The man allegedly dumped out a trash can and filled it with $3,500 worth of Newport cigarette cartons, then he left the store and got into the passenger side of a tan van, possibly a Chevrolet Venture from the early 2000s, and left heading westbound on 11 Mile Road.
